Commentluv: my way of saying thanks for your comments

Today I stumbled across the CommentLuv Plugin and I love it. It is my way of saying thanks for all of your comments: all users that add their blog address will have a link to their last blog entries added at the bottom of their comment. Or as the plugins author puts it:
Comments are a wonderful thing to receive on your blog, adding the dofollow plugin is one way to reward but why not place a link to their last post under their comment, with CommentLuv, you can do that automatically! This is an excellent way to promote comments from your readers.
it's a really good addition to every blog and I hope it makes an impact on the comments ^^

BTW: sadly only new comments are counted, so people comment, comment, comment :D

I am using this plugin on my 2 blogs and they are great.

    a) I myself can see what is new on the sites of my commentators and it reminds me to go and check their blogs

    b) other readers are introduced to the posts of fellow commentators

the comment love links also come with the no-follow tag so the do no harm to blog to the blog running this plugin

Did you have any problem installing this plug in? I have had really bad luck with plug ins. Enough that I am very afraid. Also, I use HaloScan to override my WordPress template. Do you know if this plug in will work for me?

I’ve been using the CommentLuv plugin for about three months now and I love it. I also use the DoFollow plugin which is even sweeter because people get actual backlink credit when they comment.

Unfortunately, CommentLuv has the nofollow tag in the links to everyone’s latest posts.

I should probably install this on my blog – it’s an excellent reward for the commentors. At this stage, I’ve got dofollow on pingbacks but not for comments. Thanks for the opportunity to test it.

First – I found you because you dropped a card on my blog through Entrecard. Thanks very much for your visit!

Second – this post is great because I would love to offer this to the people who are kind enough to comment on my blog, as well as use it myself for link-backs.

Third – I’m afraid that since I use blogger, I may not be able to use it. I’m off to check it out. We shall see!

    Interesting!
CommentLuv helps you reward your commentators by separating their name from their keywords in the link to their site. This gives them improved anchor text, which can help their site rank higher in the search engine results.
You can now leave a comment with your name as well as a keyword of your choice here and get a PR5 link back to your site! How cool is that? People pay big bucks for that and all you have to do is comment here.
