Non US-citizens unable to signup to Google AdSense?

I just tried to sign up to Google AdSense but was unable to do so:

Does this mean that if I don’t have an american contact address I’ll be unable to sign up or what? I’m pretty fed up with Google behavior!

    You probably chose “USA” in the country before. As far as I know if you choose the country properly you should be able to sign up :)

    Sadly no, I tried selecting both Switzerland and Germany, and then the google.ch and google.de domain to start the registration, all I got was a german translation of the error messages…

    In the end I was able to subscribe using Internet Explorer, but still it’s pretty annoying that I tried 3 Linux browsers and none worked. I still don’t get why it didn’t work…

    Adsense worked for me, signing up from Auckland, New Zealand. Maybe e-mail Google about the issue…

    Maybe cookies were saved with settings from USA? Who knows, but glad that you were able to sign up!
