What day is it? Take a look at your stats!
We students often loose track of time, yes completely, we even sometimes forget what day it is, so I have found a new way to find out. Being also a stats junky I regularly check my page views on this blog, and guess what, I can see what day it!
Notice the (highlighted) days in the stats? That’s weekend, so I could also have stayed in bed 
Other (not so) intelligent alternatives to calendars?
